| Model | File formats | Resolution choices | Google Search |
|---|---|---|---|
| GPT Image 2.5, selected by default | PNG | 1K, 2K or 4K, depending on ratio | Not available |
| Nano Banana | JPG or PNG | 1K, 2K or 4K | Optional |
Aspect ratio controls the frame’s shape; resolution is a separate setting. Both models include square, landscape and portrait choices such as 1:1, 16:9 and 9:16. Choosing PNG does not itself guarantee a transparent background.
For a cover about learning pottery, try: “Close-up of hands shaping a small clay bowl on a pottery wheel, warm workshop light, muted terracotta and cream, subject on the right, uncluttered space on the left for a headline, editorial photograph.” Choose 16:9 for a landscape cover. Add the final headline in your design editor if it needs exact typography.
Start with one generation, inspect the hands, bowl shape and empty space, then change one important instruction at a time. If the subject is too centered, revise its placement rather than adding unrelated style adjectives. Generated text, geometry and repeated details still need review.
Keep a copy of your prompt before submitting. Your results appear in history, where you can open available images at full size and download a useful version. For another creative task, browse DojoClip applications.

No. GPT Image 2.5 offers 1K, 2K and 4K for most ratios, but 27:16, 16:27, 9:8 and 8:9 are 1K only. Nano Banana offers the three resolution choices. The menus update when you change model or ratio, so check them again before generating.
Nano Banana has an optional Google Search setting to request search-informed generation. GPT Image 2.5 does not offer it here. It is not a guarantee that objects, written facts or depicted events will be accurate; review the image yourself.
No. It fills the prompt and settings for you to review. If you already have a draft, you are asked before replacing it. Generating from the example is a separate action and does not guarantee an identical image.
Choose one to four variations before submitting. Each is a separate generation request with its own credit charge and status, so a batch can contain both completed and failed results. Generation is not unlimited or free.
Editing the prompt does not change an existing result; submitting again starts a new generation. Download an available image for further editing, or use Make video on a saved result to open the separate video workflow. Refresh checks existing tasks and does not generate another image.
